▷ Greet guests as they enter
▷ Provide guests with menus and answer any initial questions
▷ Seat guests at tables or in waiting areas
▷ Assign guests to tables they prefer, while keeping table rotation in mind so that servers receive the right number of customers
▷ Engage with guests to ensure they're happy with food and service
▷ Respond to complaints and help to resolve them
▷ Answer phone calls, take reservations, and answer questions
▷ Help out with other positions in the restaurant as needed
▷ Provide exceptional customer service.

Castillo) time growing up in Lima and Piura, Peru. The menu focuses on shareable seafood and side
dishes using seasonal ingredients sourced locally and imported directly from Peru.
