About the Role
This customer service position is the first smiling face people see when arriving at the BARk! They greet every person and pet every pup that comes to Fetch! Our check-in attendants verify vaccinations, enter information into our app and check pup’s membership status.
▷ Be able to read, input data, and communicate effectively to staff, members, and guests.
▷ Greet patrons arriving at Fetch Park in a friendly, helpful manner.
▷ Displays excellent knowledge about Fetch Park rules and membership packages.
▷ Signs in existing members and assists with any updates to their pet records or membership packages
▷ Validates new member’s vaccination records
▷ Guides the new members through the sign-up process reviewing Fetch Park rules and membership packages
▷ Troubleshoot potential errors within the membership app
▷ Performs all opening/mid-shift and closing duties per job-specific checklists found in the training manual
▷ Keeps check-in and surrounding area clean and welcoming to members
▷ Acknowledges members and patrons as they are leaving.
▷ Maintains check-in equipment, keeping all items fully charged, out of potentially hazardous weather conditions, and will notify management should an item be damaged or not working properly
▷ Must have availability to work mornings, afternoons, nights, weekends, and holidays
